The quality management system ISO 9001 is probably one of the most widely used quality management system standards, which is preferred around the world by many companies of different sizez and fields of activity.
This management system covers all of our activities, from product development to the sales. The management system includes procedural descriptions of all of the activities and processes of the enterprise – this ensures uniform understanding of how to act in each department of the company and in regard to each operation.
The main objective of quality management is continuous improvement, analysis and increase of effectiveness of the company via continuous internal monitoring the intern and frequent pre-palnned external evaluations.
