1. How long will it take to fulfil my order?

Our goal is to ship the goods on the same day, provided we received the order before 10:00 am.

2. Is it possible to submit an order with a later delivery date?

Yes, for example, many of our customers place an order one week and want it delivered on a specific day of the following week or even submit one larger order quarterly in advance for each month.

3. How do I become a customer?

Although the process is not complex, we have to agree in advance on the product range, delivery and terms and conditions of sale, and receive approximate information on the sales volume of our partner, in order to maintain the optimum inventory for fast delivery.

4. What is the best way to present the goods in my store?

Our boxes are strong, attractive and durable:

  • Our partners place the boxes directly on shelves. Some have removed the lids from the boxes to make the products easier to access.
  • Since each product is marked with a label, some partners display the products on shelves without packaging.
  • Some partners take the products out from our boxes and put them into boxes they’ve developed themselves.
